WordPress Developer

Point It is looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our growing Digital Services team. We are hiring someone who is interested in new & emerging technologies and trends in website development, and is proficient in working with responsive website development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead developer for a growing digital services team.
  • Responsible for development of emails, landing pages and websites.
  • Expert in WordPress development and customization, with experience working with e-commerce websites. Including: Custom fields, plugin customization, etc.
  • Soup-to-nuts website development: from setting up a server to launching a website.
  • Developing for touch based interfaces (touch, tap, swipe).
  • Comfortable troubleshooting web development for cross browser and device compatibility.
  • Keeping up to date with new and emerging website technologies and trends, and pushing the Digital Services team to work with these technologies.

Skills Required:

  • 3-5+ Years Converting websites from other CMS platforms into WordPress
  • 3-5+ Years of HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, and WordPress custom theming
  • Taking existing branding concepts and applying them to engaging web design

Ad Operations Manager

Point It is looking for an Ad Operations Manager who is responsible for the execution of display strategies on behalf of our clients. The successful candidate will have experience managing mid to large accounts either for an agency or in-house; as well as the skills and enthusiasm necessary to be a part of a rock star team!


  • Manage campaign setup, performance optimization, tagging, and metric analysis and interpretation while monitoring performance and delivery against client objectives.
  • Develop meaningful, nurturing client relationships by understanding clients’ business goals & executing appropriate strategy.
  • Identify and present opportunities for overall client success by translating data into actionable information and ideas.
  • Continuous optimization of budgets and placements to meet/exceed client goals.
  • Use data, trends, market insights and logic to develop and test valuable, customized and strategic recommendations.
  • Assemble and present client reporting.
  • Keep up with Display industry knowledge.

Qualification Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in trafficking/Ad Operations/Account management (Ad serving systems and self-service bidding system experience a major plus).
  • Experience with Display, Video and Mobile ad serving in Appnexus, DoubleClick, or a comparable ad server.
  • Client Management experience (both internal and external), including point-of-contact experience as well as proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in MS Office with advanced capabilities in Excel (formulas, charting, etc.)
  • Troubleshooting, organizational, analytical and project management skills as well being able to manage time effectively.
  • Self-starter, self-motivator and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • BS/BA or equivalent in business, technology or other related field.

The Controller is a hands-on position responsible for the company’s accounting and will have responsibility for ensuring timely and accurate financial and management reporting, as well as responsibility over budgets and forecasts.  The position ensures company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles.  The Controller is also responsible for establishing and maintaining financial controls throughout the organization.

The Controller must have an aptitude for accounting systems and strong leadership and communication skills in addition to being highly motivated and energetic.  The position will report directly to the President and will support all operations of the Company.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for all accounting functions including monthly accrual-based financial statement preparation and reporting, operational information and reporting, account reconciliations, CPA interface and external examinations.
  • Provide senior management with meaningful and timely information that will enhance their ability to manage and direct the Company.
  • Develop and introduce Key Performance Indicators as a component of regular reporting.
  • Proactively review and develop existing policies and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness across all departments in order to improve profitability and to enhance controls.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining short and long term cash flow and operating forecasts.
  • Responsible for ensuring adequate and cost effective risk management.
  • Assist senior management in the selection and implementation of employee benefits.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for the external CPA.
  • Performs others duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a comparable role
  • Relevant industry experience strongly preferred

Sales Manager – Austin, TX

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to expand our presence to Austin and surrounding Metros (Dallas, Houston and San Antonio). This position will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing sales activities to drive company revenue.

This is not an entry level sales position – sales experience is a must, specifically solutions service selling experience with digital media. If you don’t live or are not planning to live in Austin, TX, this isn’t the right fit for you. A strong base salary and liberal commission plan make first year earnings of 80K+ a strong potential and we expect that you will be earning well over $100K in year-two on new and residual sales.

Your accounts receive top-level support from dedicated account managers so you can focus on finding and acquiring new clients and up-selling to the existing base. We also deliver a full benefits plan to our employees including paid medical and dental, SIMPLE IRA, Transportation subsidy and PTO.

Key Position Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, qualifying and following up with sales and business development opportunities
  • Research and proactively contact through outbound calls to engage prospects

  • 1+ years marketing/marketing communications program exposure
  • Success in interacting directly with senior decision makers (CMO, VP of Marketing, Director of Internet Marketing) to secure new business
