Frank Coyle brings a track record of taking companies to number one in their markets. These include Paul Allen’s Asymetrix Learning Systems, as Director of Marketing in the online learning market, Detto Technologies as VP of Sales and Marketing in the PC Migration space, and Arabesque Software, as VP of Marketing in the personal information market.
Frank has spent the last 19 years in Marketing and Sales prior to which he had extensive experience in both Finance and IT. He most recently ran an internet marketing consulting practice where he provided search expertise to small and medium sized businesses. Frank also brings a strategic marketing consulting background to Point It, with clients including Microsoft, Adobe, and GemStar-TV Guide.
Frank received a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Jon Lisbin is a genuine Internet pioneer, having spent more than a decade developing innovative marketing programs and successful lead generation initiatives to help online companies meet their business goals. Some of Jon’s accomplishments include:
- Launching one of the first online affiliate programs (prior to Amazon.com)
- Growing FreeShop’s affiliate program from scratch to more than 80,000 members
- Managing multi-million dollar online ad budgets
Prior to founding Point It, Jon managed online acquisition solutions for NetReflector, a Seattle-based online research firm, FreeShop.com (now Aptimus), an online customer acquisition provider, and Network Commerce. He launched Point It to leverage that experience and build a business providing targeted, cost-effective search engine advertising.
As a recognized search marketing expert, Jon has made presentations at Search Engine Strategies, DMA, Ad Club Seattle and the Washington Software Association. Jon is currently enrolled in the Executive Master Public Administration (EMPA) program at the University of Washington – Evan’s School of Public Affairs. Prior to that he attended the University of Connecticut and Boston University and earned a B.A. in Communications and an MBA in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
While not helping grow Point It; Jon enjoys hiking and skiing the Cascades, politics, living vicariously through his 10 year old boy, and satisfying his mid-life crisis by riding his motorsickle.
Constantly learning new things and sharing her knowledge with others is what motivates Lisa Sanner, and she definitely gets her fill of that in the ever-evolving search marketing industry. Lisa combines her enthusiasm for SEM with a broad background in advertising, direct marketing, primary market research, product management, and online.
After graduating with an undergrad degree in Advertising, Lisa worked at a traditional advertising agency buying print and broadcast media for brands such as Sears, Servistar (now True Value) Hardware, and Stanley Steemer, but the inability to test and measure the cause and effect of promotional messages became frustrating. Lisa found the ultimate advertising test platform, paid search, in 2005 at Point It and hasn’t looked back since. Lisa holds a BA degree in Advertising and MBA degree in Marketing, which she received from Penn State University.
Developing staff and empowering others to achieve their goals has been important to Lisa throughout her career, and she manages and mentors many Point It employees to help them reach their potential. To quench her thirst for always learning the latest on PPC tactics, you can find her as a regular on #ppcchat on Twitter and attending search marketing conferences, where she has spoken at SMX Advanced and SMX West. For fun, Lisa enjoys gardening, exercising, cooking and traveling with her family.
Sarah has been building and optimizing paid search and display campaigns since 2007. She combines a strong analytical perspective and love for problem solving with an exceptional customer service focus. In addition to heading up the paid search team at Point It, Sarah crafts cross-channel media campaigns, optimizes creative opportunities, and implements paid search campaigns.
Prior to her days in the online marketing world, Sarah worked for a full-service market research company, specializing in qualitative research project management. Sarah is a graduate of the University of Washington with degrees in Drama and Communications.
Tim Riley is a shirt-sleeve, results driven coach and board member with over 25 years of successful business experience. Tim is presently a principal with GoalMakers, Inc., a coaching organization that has successfully helped business owners and their companies reach their goals on a consistent basis for over 19 years. Tim is also currently the president of AutoWash Systems LLC, a premier car wash development and support firm. Tim was previously CEO of Point It search marketing, a successful, well-respected pioneer in search engine marketing. Tim was also the founder and former CEO of Door to Door Storage, a convenience oriented approach to the self-storage business. Door to Door Storage grew under Tim’s leadership to a national presence serving over 2,000 cities. Under Tim’s leadership, Door to Door was twice named on Inc. Magazine’s 500 fastest growing private companies in America list and on the Puget Sound Business Journal’s Fastest Growing Private Companies list seven times. Prior to that Tim was director of marketing for Shurgard Storage Centers and was an integral part of their expansion and successful IPO. Tim is a third generation native of the Seattle area where he lives with his wife and son. Tim is presently a board member at Point It and is an active member and former board member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization and an alumnus and former board member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and the Central Washington University Foundation.
