BRAG TAG! 2017 Ad Age, Best Small Agency Culture, Silver Award Winners Over Here

So, I try not to brag too often.  I know that may seem silly, considering I’m the marketing director, but being in marketing usually means it’s not about us; it’s about you.  It’s about the marketers we serve, the industry we collaborate with and the teams we rely on it to get it all done.  But, I’m going to make an exception today, because we have some incredible news and I need to share it.

Lisa Sanner Accepts the 2017 Ad Age Small Business Award

Last night we won Silver for Best Company Culture at the Ad Age 2017 Small Agency Awards!  The submission was submitted by Maddie Cary, our Director Paid Search and

the award was accepted by Lisa Sanner, VP of Paid Search.  To win an award like this is testament to the excellent culture, carefully crafted working environment and support of the teams that our clients get amazing results.  The adage is true: if you take care of your people, your people will take care of your clients.

What tipped the scales?

You know why Ad Age judging panel loved our application?  Well, here are just a few things that we shared with them that helped tip the scales:

  • We get amazing results for our clients – from awards for our work to being named as the Best PPC Agency by the Us Search Awards, our talented team has our clients are the forefront of our minds.
  • We’re focused on expertise, partnership and transparency – all agencies say these words, but we focus on them, put a fine point on them and live them. Day.
  • We get creative – from silly in-jokes, to giving employees an opportunity to contribute fresh ideas to the organization (hello, Shark Tank!), our leadership is open to taking smart risks that help the company grow and build on an excellent foundation.

But don’t take my word for it…
