Chandra: What path did you take to your current position?

Anita:  I graduated June 2016 from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a double focus in marketing and finance. During college, I interned at a social media marketing company and right after graduation I took a position inHR at Starbucks. I am very excited to be back in the marketing world!

Chandra: Why did you choose Point It?

Anita:  I chose to work for Point It because they have a proven track record of driving results. Additionally, the culture here is incredibly welcoming and encourages continuous growth; two things I wasn’t willing to compromise on during my job search.

Chandra: What are you most excited about in your new role?

Anita:  I am really excited to work with all of the talented people here! I love learning new things and being challenged. I am also excited to collaborate with the paid search team and increase performance for our clients.

Chandra: If someone wanted to follow in your footsteps, what piece of advice would you offer them?

Anita:  Get out of your comfort zone daily! This may be cliché, but it really has been key to my personal growth. It’s easy to turn down opportunities that seem daunting, but the more I push myself the more I realize I am capable of accomplishing whatever I put my mind too. I would encourage anyone else to do the same.
