We had the pleasure of having Julie Smith, Retail and Consumer Products Practice at Point B as our expert for today’s #PSAMAchat tweetchat. She was a speaker at the recent Puget Sound Marketing Association event, Market Mix 2016. She and a colleague spoke on the topic of marketing to Millennials.
At first, I was skeptical about this topic. I have recently adopted an attitude that if you’re still talking about marketing to Millennials, specifically, you’re probably too late. I was pleasantly surprised at the fresh insights brought by both our participants and our expert. It was fascinating to learn how the trends brought on by that generation’s experience impact the way we interact with them as both a brand and a co-worker.
