Next week begins the Search Love Conference in San Diego, Feb 23-24, and it promises to be a special event for the industry. I’m lucky to be able to attend this one and looking forward to a few particular aspects:
1. Content as the Centerpiece
This year’s conference is very focused on content, and that’s a pointedly relevant angle to tackle in the current digital environment. Nestled in the crux of SEO and SEM, content is a pertinent business theme that affects all of us digital marketers. I’m eager to hear insights from thought leaders, and to learn alongside fellow colleagues in the field.
2. Great Speakers
There are a few familiar faces on this bill that I’m excited to see speak again –
· Larry Kim – Content Marketing Moneyball
· Travis Wright – Social Business, Content Advertising and Martech Strategies that Drive Growth
· Rand Fishkin – “Great Content” is Not Enough: Why Some Pieces Make the Leap While Others Languish in Obscurity
And the rest of the speaker lineup is stacked with experts covering a gamut of original and engaging topics.
3. Enticing Location
Not only is this conference in beautiful San Diego, but it’s also at the gorgeous Paradise Point Resort. It’s always an added benefit when attendees are treated to a holiday on top of the talks. 🙂
